Contact notes can now be dated before Case Open Date for Tier 1 and GCM cases. Contact notes can be dated before Case Open Date temporarily for Tier 2 cases, until 4/30/24. The 14-day backdating rule has also been lifted temporarily for submitting contact notes for all tiers, until 4/30/24.
